The Lenexa Old Town Activity Center, Lenexa Public Market and Lenexa Rec Center will close early on Dec. 31. Legler Barn Museum is closed Dec. 31. Most City facilities are closed Jan. 1, but Lenexa Rec Center will be open 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Freedom Fields is used primarily for sporting events, featuring four baseball/softball fields and seven multi-use sports fields.
Freedom Fields has baseball/softball fields and multi-use (soccer/flag football/lacrosse) fields that you can reserve for practices or games. We have two rental seasons and rental priority is based on your status as a Lenexa resident and league affiliation.
