Fall Back to Fitness: Hatha Yoga

Join us for a free Hatha Yoga class as part of the Lenexa Rec Center's Fall Back to Fitness outdoor series.

Class description: Breathe, stretch and move through gentle poses that improve flexibility, balance and mindfulness.

Ages 16 years and up. Membership not required. Registration not required. Classes will move indoors in the case of inclement weather. Stop by the welcome desk to sign in if class goes indoors.
