Join us for a reception on Thursday, May 28, 2026, from 6 to 7:30 p.m. at the Lenexa City Hall Art Gallery.
Through his lens and digital artistry, Brian Divelbiss transforms water into a landscape of reflection: light layered on liquid, texture carved by currents, stillness punctuated by motion. Each piece encourages the viewer to slow, to stand with the water as it stands with us — a mirror, a pulse, a story in flux.
This collection is less about place than it is about presence. The surfaces captured here ask: What do we see when we pause? What transitions lie beneath the ripple?
De l’Eau is a call to awaken our senses to the ordinary turned extraordinary. In letting water speak, Divelbiss reminds us that beneath every flow lies the quiet rhythm of life.
