The Mandolin Orchestra of Kansas City brings a distinctive and timeless sound to the stage, featuring a blend of mandolins, mandolas, guitars and bass. This talented group of musicians performs a wide-ranging repertoire—from classical and folk to contemporary favorites—showcasing the versatility and warmth of plucked string instruments. With roots in a rich musical tradition dating back more than a century, mandolin orchestras offer a unique concert experience that’s both nostalgic and refreshingly different.
