Be part of a global cinematic experience. Join us for a public screening of the top 10 finalists in the 2025 Manhattan Short Film Festival, where audiences at more than 500 venues across six continents come together to view and vote on the best in short filmmaking.

Audience members will cast ballots for Best Film and Best Actor, helping to shape the future of these rising filmmakers. All selected finalists are eligible for consideration in the 2026 Academy Awards, making this a unique opportunity to preview Oscar-qualifying films before the rest of the world. 

Grab a drink or dinner at the Lenexa Public Market before the showing. 

This is a partnership between Johnson County Library and the Lenexa Arts Council.
