Fire Inspection and Environmental Records
To obtain fire inspection reports or other environmental survey data, submit a request for open records.
Include the Environmental Request Survey Application(PDF, 303KB) and an aerial view of the property with your request.
Incident and Investigation Reports
To obtain an incident or fire investigation report, please call the Lenexa Fire Department at 913.888.6380.
The total cost will be determined by the length of the report and the information requested. Payment must be made prior to the release of the report.
