Board of Zoning Appeals Meeting 5/6/2024

The Board of Zoning Appeals has the authority to grant variances and exceptions from the requirements of the Unified Development Code. This would allow a property to be developed in a way normally not permitted by development regulations.

• The Board of Zoning Appeals typically meets on an as-needed basis the first Monday of the month at 7 p.m. at Lenexa City Hall. Please see the meeting calendar to verify meeting dates because not all meetings occur on the first Monday of the month.
• Agendas are typically available the Thursday before each meeting. Minutes of previous meetings are available after they are approved at the following meeting.
• Meetings are open to the public.
