How to Reserve Indoor Venues

Reservations for most City of Lenexa indoor rental venues can be made up to six months in advance and require at least a two-week notice.

For Thompson Barn, we begin accepting rental reservations on a first-come, first-served basis one year in advance on the first business day of each month.

Requests for dates that are less than 15 days out are not guaranteed and need 48 hours to confirm availability.
