The Lenexa Old Town Activity Center is the perfect venue for team gatherings, celebrations and private meetings. With a variety of flexible spaces and modern amenities, we can help make your next event a success.

Renting the entire complex includes access to the Gymnasium, Haskins, Oak and Walnut rooms, both kitchens, and all outdoor Porch areas.

Availability limited due to current facility demands. Rental time must include any prep and cleanup time.

How to rent this venue


Rental rates

Four-hour minimum

Rental fee includes setup of tables and chairs, technology amenities and on-site concierge. Additional fees may apply for alcohol consumption and damage deposit.

We offer discounted rates to Lenexa residents and businesses with proof of residency at the time of booking. Separate nonprofit rates are not available.

Rental policies

Outside food and drink are allowed in the lobby, rooms and Porch spaces.

Alcohol and security policy

In order to have alcohol at your event, you must be at least 21 years old. Complete the Facility Alcohol Permit Form(PDF, 217KB) and pay the additional $100 permit fee at least 60 days before your event.

An off-duty Lenexa police officer(s) will be scheduled to work your event. Parks and Rec staff will schedule the officer(s) 30 minutes before alcohol is first served until 30 minutes after the last call and all alcohol is put away. The fee is $50 per officer per hour, paid in cash directly to the officer(s) when they arrive.
