The Conference Room at the Lenexa Rec Center is a rental space ideal for business meetings or small group trainings.

This room is equipped with a large conference table that seats 17, as well as bench seating along one wall.

Rental rates

Rental fee includes setup of tables and chairs, technology, amenities and on-site concierge.

Lenexa Rec Center X Pass members get a 10% discount.

Nonprofit rates are not available.

$60 per hour

How to rent

We recommend reserving space at least one month prior to your intended rental date. Booking an event rental requires an advance deposit.

Outside food and drink are allowed in the lobby, party rooms and Rec Room spaces.

No alcohol is allowed on the premises.
