Lisa will be showcasing a delicious Summer Sweet Corn, Tomato & Peach Salad with Lemon Vinaigrette (made with Lenexa Farmers Market produce) — a perfect seasonal dish that’s as nutritious as it is vibrant. Stop by for a taste and pick up the recipe to recreate this summer favorite at home.
