Ingredients

40 chicken wings
14 ounces ketchup
15 ounces tomato sauce
1 cup apple cider vinegar (dark)
Dash of Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon ginger
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup white sugar

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350° F.

  2. Throw away small part of wing. Cut drumstick and center piece into two pieces.

  3. Place chicken wings in large baking dish (such as Pyrex), but make sure they're not piled on top of each other.

  4. Mix all other ingredients together in a bowl to make a sauce. Pour the sauce over the chicken wings to coat.

  5. Bake wings for 1 hour at 350° F. Then, turn the heat down to 300° F and bake for 1 more hour.
