Yield: 20 balls
In a large mixing bowl, combine all the dry ingredients together (oats, seeds, chocolate chips, dried fruit, cinnamon and salt) and stir until well blended.
Add in the peanut butter and honey and stir until well blended using a large spoon or spatula.
Roll by hand into balls smaller than golf-ball sized. If the balls are not sticking together enough, add a little more peanut butter and/or honey to taste.
Line a large container with parchment or wax paper and place the balls into the container until ready to eat.
Storage tips: keep in the refrigerator for up to 1 week or the freezer for 3–4 months.
